Iguanodon

They were Ornithopod dinosaurs feeding on plants and heavily built and although they walked on two legs they also could walk on two legs3. This was an adaptation to help reach for the luscious leaves on top of trees3. They were evenly distributed through all the continents. One of their special adaptations is by having grinding teeth at the back of their mouths which helped them to grind their food making it easier for digestion. To defend it from predators they had a thumb-like claw on their front legs. They weighed about 6 tons and having a height up to 11 meters3.
